Assistant Agent Certificate

This program is for those looking to enter the real estate industry in New South Wales.

This is the mandatory program that all prospective agents must complete, as the minimum educational qualification required by NSW Fair Trading, for employment as an Assistant Agent.

Once you have completed the program of study and had a Certificate of Registration issued by NSW Fair Trading, you will be able to work in either (or both) Property Management and Sales, under the supervision of a licensed agent.

Students will need to successfully complete the following units:

• CPPREP4001 Prepare for professional practice in real estate
• CPPREP4002 Access and interpret ethical practice in real estate
• CPPREP4003 Access and interpret legislation in real estate
• CPPREP4004 Establish marketing and communication profiles in real estate
• CPPREP4005 Prepare to work with real estate trust accounts
